Step 1
Cook the chicken and bacon, then chop them into small bite-sized pieces about ¼ inch, the smaller the better. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped chicken and bacon, then add in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jack cheese as well, and give them a good mix until evenly combined.
Step 2
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, then gently mix everything to combine, and scoop some of the mixture over a tortilla. Spread it in a thin layer, then roll it over tightly as shown in the video, and do the same to the remaining meat mixture and tortillas. Let them sit for a few minutes with their seam side down before cutting, then once ready, slice them into ¾-inch to 1-inch thick slices, and serve. Enjoy!
