Gravy
Step 1
Clean the turkey wings, then pat them dry, and put them in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil over the turkey wings, then massage them until well coated, and set them aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add all of the seasonings, then mix them until uniform, and sprinkle half of it to the wings. Give them a good mix, then add in the chopped veggies, and sprinkle them remaining half of the seasonings.
Step 3
Lightly mix them, then set them aside to marinate for a few hours or overnight, and arrange them on a baking dish in a single layer, put the veggies in the empty spaces between the wings.
Step 4
Pour the broth into a bowl, then gradually add the flour while whisking continuously until fully combined, and then pour the gravy mixture into the sides and spaces between the turkey.
Step 5
Put the butter slices on top, then sprinkle some more cajun seasoning to taste, and put the baking dish in an oven preheated at 400°F. Allow the wings to bake for at least 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
