Ingredients:

- olive oil

- onion powder

Directions:

Line the basket of your air fryer with a piece of parchment paper, then grease it with some olive oil. Next, crack the eggs and transfer them into the air fryer basket. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and onion powder to taste. After this, add the chopped tomatoes, spinach, and grated cheese.

Place the basket back into the air fryer and set it at 350 degrees F. Cook for twelve minutes. Once done, remove it from the parchment paper, and slice it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
