Take a long zip tie and carefully make small cuts on both sides using a blade. Those little cuts will help to remove all the hair from the drain. See the photo below.
Wear gloves. Insert the zip tie as far down the drain, then pull it out to remove the built up hair. Repeat several times until all the blockage is gone.
