Satisfy your sweet cravings with these double chocolate fudge cookies by El Mundo Eats. These cookies are filled with chocolatey goodness that everyone will surely love. The cookie dough is already chocolate flavored, but to make it extra special, chocolate chunks are added on top. It’s everything you could ask for in a chocolate cookie.

We always love to make cookies at home, and this is just one of the recipes that we tried online on a weekend. It turned out so good that we already made it several times. Even the guests who came over to our house loved it. For this recipe, you only need a few ingredients and most of them are probably already in your pantry. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the chopped semi-sweet chocolates into the bowl, followed by the butter. Melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. Once melted, let it cool slightly. Add all the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Make sure not to overmix it.
Fold in the chopped semisweet chocolate.
Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with more semi-sweet chocolate chunks. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Make sure to space not to overcrowd the baking sheet as the cookies will expand.
Place in a 350F preheated oven and bake for 9 minutes.
Once done baking, place the cookies with the sheet above a wire rack and let them cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
