Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 8 oz creamy French salad dressing
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup olives, chopped
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 – 2 handfuls Dorito’s nacho cheese tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup of water
Directions:
Step 1
To start, prep and chop the ingredients accordingly and set them aside. Next, heat a large pan over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, and start breaking it apart. After this, add the diced onion, and continue to cook until brown and the onion is nice and translucent. Drain the excess grease. Next, add 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1/4 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of canned corn. Mix and cook for a few minutes until heated through, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and transfer it to a large mixing bowl along with diced tomato, green onions, cilantro, and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Stir all together, then add in the ground beef mixture and 8 oz creamy French salad dressing. Now, put some Doritos in a bowl followed by the ground beef mixture and the olives. Serve and enjoy!
