While browsing Youtube the other day, I found this super cool DIY floor vase from Nittasdesign. This floor vase reminds me of those expensive ones I see in department stores. I really fell in love with this vase, so I went shopping at Dollar Tree for materials. And oh, you will only need pool noodles and basic crafting materials for this project – super easy, right? And they are all from Dollar Tree. So it’s not just easy to make but also inexpensive. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step-by-step instructions.
To start, measure one pool noodle to 20″, then cut it. Next, measure 24″ to the same pool noodle and cut it also. Grab another pool noodle, measure 28″ then cut. For the fourth pool noodle, measure 32″ and cut. For the next pool noodle, measure 36″ and cut. Now, prepare some duct tape, and starting from the shortest pool noodle, make a circle and tape the ends together. Double-secure it by taping another duct tape. Repeat the same step for the remaining pool noodles and make two sets.

Next, place duct tape on both opposite areas of the largest pool noodle circle, then put a generous amount of hot glue, then stack the 32″ or the second largest circle on top. Repeat the same exact steps until you stacked them all together. (Do the same on the second set.) After this, flip both sets, put duct tape on where you will put hot glue, then stick them together. Now, spray paint the pool noodle vase with gold spray paint (or any color you want), let it dry completely, and you’re done!
