It may sound silly, but I love putting my initials on everything from jackets to shirts, but I had never thought of using initials as a form of room decor until I saw this wonderful marquee letter video tutorial by The Tayra Perez Project, on Youtube. I was so excited when I found this awesome idea, I had to try it immediately. I gathered my materials right away, starting with the foam board that I found easily at Michael’s Craft Store. I also found the push lights so easily at Dollar Tree, and they were really cheap too!
In this wonderful marquee letter video tutorial by The Tayra Perez Project, on Youtube, you will learn to make these fabulous marquee letters in a few easy steps. You will begin by drawing out the letters on the foam board, then you will cut them with the Exacto knife, and make the borders around them out of cardboard and attach them to the sides of each letter with a hot glue gun.
Then, you will add your Dollar Tree push lights.
