The Yeti Cup is by far one of the best insulated cups to take along when you are on the go, so how about a shoulder strap? I was always sticking my great Yeti Cup in my purse and it didn’t fit properly and would fall out so when I saw this easy cheap DIY Yeti CupHolder on Youtube I knew I had to make one immediately. The materials were cheap and easy to find at JoAnn’s Fabrics and you can always find a JoAnn’s Coupon online that saves you an additional 40%, so the entire project was under $5.00! I couldn’t wait to get started.

Materials:
2.5 cm wide webbing
double sided tape
a sewing machine
a circle clip
2 D-Rings
Elastic band
Directions:
Cut your straps to 28 cm and 38 cm then seal all your synthetic canvas webbing ends with a lighter so the threads will not unravel (this is a simple easy method, but be careful with the flame).
Then cut your webbing to fit the cup in two places the secure with double sided tape and sew down.
Then Mark on your bottle where you want your side strap to be.
Then sew down the side straps, it will look like a little cage basket type of holder, so cute!
Then sew loops at the end of your straps and slip around your rings that you have attached to both sides of your little basket looking holder.
And you are ready to go!
I love my DIY Yeti Cup Holder and my cup will not be falling out of my purse ever again!
