There is nothing better than simple sewing projects! Especially ones you can use every day! This amazing tutorial by Rosery Apparel will show you how to create scrunchies, tea towels, totes, pillowcases and even handkerchiefs in under 10-minutes. All of these items would make perfect gifts and are a great option if you are in need of a gift in a pinch. I’ve made all of these DIY’s this week and they’ve definitely gotten their use.  I especially love the tea towels adn scrunchies. I use both those items every day, but buying new ones can get pricey, so it is nice to know that I can turn my scrap fabric into them now. All of these DIY’s can be made from scrap fabric or new fabric.

Directions For Linen Tea-Towel:

For the other DIY directions, check out Rosery Apparel’s YouTube video down below.

Step One

Iron out your linen fabric to get out any of the folds in it. Linen does crease very easily, but it’s a perfect lightweight fabric and especially great to work with as a beginner.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
