Start by placing two foam balls on each kid’s socks, then tie them with elastic. Once the top is tied, add an elastic in the middle of the two foam balls. Cut the excess on top, leaving about an inch.
Get the top part that you just cut and insert it in the head of the snowman. Tie the end and fold the other end a little bit to make it look like a beanie just like in the photo below. Repeat with the other snowman.
Paint 4 diamond crystal head pins and 4 normal pins in black using nail polish. Next, paint 2 normal pins in pink.
Glue one of the ribbons around the end of the beanie, then the other one on the neck to make a scarf, and secure it using one of the diamond head pins.
Cut the end of the beanie into slits.
Use 2 black normal pins for the eyes of one snowman and one pink normal pin for the nose. Next, insert two black diamond head pins for the buttons on the body.
Glue jute twine on the top of each snowman so you can hang them.
