Granny Maud's girl
Looking for a good use for some of your leftover quilting scraps? When I saw this adorable DIY pin cushion made from quilting fabric, I knew it was the next project for me. I made one last weekend and it turned out even cuter than the photo shown. So cute, in fact, that my friends and I have decided we are going to make a bunch of these and sell them. We have so much leftover quilt fabric we will probably have a hundred quilted rooster pin cushions done in a few weeks! Cute for Etsy, craft and quilting fairs, DIY gifts or just to keep for yourself, these fun little chickens will just make you smile when you see them. Follow the easy step by step sewing tutorial in the Youtube video to learn how to make one today! This is definitely what I will be making for stocking stuffers for my friends this year. Such a great way to put my favorite cute fabric scraps to use and each one turns out to be both unique and adorable.
