Don’t you just love this art on the side of this garden shed? It’s so fun and eclectic! Who wouldn’t want to brighten their garden area with all this colorful art? I couldn’t believe they did this with plates and garden hoses! This is definitely my next project…I may get my husband to help me drill the plates, but the video shows us exactly how to do this.

The city I live in is full of wonderful artwork and this fits right in to the Keep Austin Weird theme! I’m always talking about how much I love bright colorful art. It just puts me in my happy place and I’m sure there’s many of you out there that feel the same way!

This is an expensive project. Thrift stores and garage sales always have some wonderful plates. I’ve got all kinds of old garden hoses that are no longer useful, so this will be a great way to repurpose those too!

Watch this step by step tutorial so you can make your colorful art for your garden area or shed!  Make sure to SHARE this with your friends and family!  They will LOVE it!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
