Get the rectangle printed fabric and place right side down. Fold 0.4 inch on the long sides to make a crease then open them. Place the curved ribbon on the folded area on the top and bottom. Make sure they do not go beyond the folded line. Sew them in place. Cut the excess.
Place the rectangle right side down on the bottom part of the towel, about 1.6 inches from the edge. Make sure the ends are aligned to the edges, then pin them in place. Sew along the seams of the towel.
Flip the rectangle to the other side then sew on the edges.
Fold one end of the twill tape once and place one velcro. Pin it in place. Do not sew. Fold the other end twice, pin the velcro in place, and sew all around the edges.
Mark 1.8 inch from the top corner of the back of the towel and 0.6 inch from the side. Place the tape with the unsewn velcro on the mark and sew it.
Get the fabric square and fold 0.4 inches on three sides. Pin the tape on the towel and place the square on top of it, lining up the edges. Unfolded part should be on the edge. Sew on the edge. Fold it on the other side, remove the pin from the tape, and sew on three edges.
