I’ve always wanted to learn how to make one of these and after watching this tutorial, I believe I may just have to give it a shot! It looks really easy, which is what I need to start with, since it’s my first time doing this. My Mother has made so many of these that I lost count. I’ve always been intimidated by making a quilt. They look so tedious. Although, I believe this is one that I might just be able to make. Who knows? One thing leads to another so it’s a good place to start!
She calls this the Jelly Roll quilt and I’m on board with making one of these colorful quilts. Although, I’m gonna think of a jelly roll every time I see it! I can think of worse things to be reminded of!

You may see other videos where they say it only takes an hour or so, but if you’re a beginner like me, it’s takes a few more hours (and some breaks too). It’s definitely worth the time 🙂
