Fold the strip in half lengthwise, then secure it with pins.
Sew on the edge. Once done, use a safety pin to flip it right side out. Just hook it to one end, close it, then insert it until you reach the other end.
Get the elastic and hook the safety pin on one end. Insert on the tie until the other end. Make sure to hold the other end of the elastic as you don’t want it to get stuck in the middle.
Sew both ends of the elastic together. After that, fold the ends of the tie inward then sew them together.
Get the 19.6″ x 2.7″ satin silk fabric and fold it in half lengthwise. Secure it with pins. Once done, sew each of the ends diagonally and flip.
Get a thread and needle and hand sew the bottom edge together. Make sure to pull the thread to tighten. Once done, arrange it so it will look like a flower. Run the thread several times in the middle to secure it. After that, get one bead and sew on the middle. Tie the thread and cut.
Sew the tie in the middle of the flower and you are done!
