Materials:
Directions:
Prepare all the needed materials.
Shape the frog’s face and cheeks with construction paper.
Starting with the frog’s face, place the shaped frog’s face over folded felt fabric and pin it in place. Then, cut as you trace the frog’s face with 2 sides of felt fabric. One side will be for the face and the other one for the back of the head.
Next, cut 2 small circles from the black felt fabric for the eyes. Use thread and a needle to sew the frog’s eyes in place.
For the frog’s cheeks, trace over and cut the cheeks’ basis made of construction paper over the baby pink felt fabric. Place them over the frog’s face and sew them in place. Use threads that match the different types of felt fabric.
Then, mark the frog’s smile with your pen and sew it over with black thread.
Sew the frog’s face together with the felt intended for the back of the head, but make sure to leave an opening on the top of the frog’s head to stuff with the stuffing.
Try a loop using yarn for the hook or the keychain handle. Place yarn in between the frog’s face and the back of the head and sew to secure it in place.
Lastly, stuff in the stuffing and sew the opening.
