DIY Dollar Tree Mushroom Lamp Tutorial

Are you looking for an expensive DIY you can do on the weekend? @melanie_locke on TikTok has a fantastic project for you! This DIY mushroom lamp is the cutest project you’ll ever do. What’s more, it’s inexpensive as all the materials come from Dollar Tree. It will be the perfect DIY to do with your friends or family! It’s also a great personalized gift idea, don’t you think? Materials:
- 2 pcs glass containers (one for the top, one for the bottom)
- glass-friendly paint
- paintbrush
- attachable light
Directions:
TikTok user @melanie_locke started out the project by painting white circles inside the glass container (for the mushroom head) with glass-friendly paint and a paintbrush. Next, she then painted everything in white on the inside of the other glass container (the body of the mushroom). Once she was done, she then went back to the mushroom head and painted the remaining space in red entirely.

She then let the two glass containers dry up nicely. After this, she assembled the lamp by putting the attachable light on the bottom, then the body, and finally the mushroom head at the top.
