As a DIYer, my latest obsession is making anything solar-powered. So, when I saw this beautiful hanging solar light from @rustyroostdesigns on TikTok, I knew I had to try it! I immediately gathered all the materials and made a quick trip to my local Dollar Tree for the supplies I was missing. After this, I started assembling the solar lights and found myself finishing it in less than an hour. (You might even finish yours if you’re just making one or two.) I really love the outcome, and it’s surprisingly a quick and easy project.

Step 1
To start, remove the stakes from the solar lights, and set them aside. Next, add the glass gem marbles to each glass jar, then attach the solar light to each jar using hot glue (or E6000).

Finally, hang it in your backyard or anywhere you like! Your DIY hanging solar lights are now finished!
