Whether you’re a seasoned DIY enthusiast or a beginner looking for a fun and easy project, making a salt crystal planter is an enjoyable and lovely experience. It’s a perfect activity for families, classrooms, or anyone interested in exploring the wonders of science and nature. Plus, it’s a great way to add a personal touch to your plant collection, making each planter a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
Put a tape in the center of the plastic bottle and cut it in half. Set aside the upper half. Next, add a strip of glue to the bottle, then dip that part into the sea salt. Continue this step until you cover the bottle with sea salt. Once done, leave it to dry overnight. Once it’s dry, scrape off any loose pieces of salt by rubbing your hand into it. After this, add glue on the top edge of the bottle and dit it to the sea salt as well.
Add color to the planter using watercolor, then add accents using golden nail polish or acrylic paint. Let everything dry, then you can plant your indoor plants.
