Winter weather may or may not be here for you, but it is coming soon. I just got to spend the weekend in Paris, where it is much colder than where I live. Fall fashion was in full force on the streets and winter coats and fun warm clothes were in all the stores. Unfortunately, I could not afford to buy everything I wanted, but I did come home with lots of ideas and the motivation to get busy making some new DIY clothes for winter. From coats to scarves, wraps to sweaters and gloves, I found some easy ways to make winter fashion possible, even on a limited budget.
