Croissants are so delicious and they make a great foundation for a sandwich roll, but they can be somewhat limiting because of their size as to how much sandwich middle ingredients you can stuff in there. But that is not a problem anymore because I found this fantastic recipe that the whole family loves so much and that is a big loaf of bread made out of croissant dough! Let me tell you, the sandwiches you make with this fantastic bread are beyond the pale. Even ordinary toast and jam with your morning coffee is nothing short of spectacular with this exquisitely delicious croissant loaf. It’s not hard to make either but the measurements need to be precise so the measurements are given in gram quantities.
