Ingredients:

  • 1 lb okra
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • cumin powder
  • olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

To start, prepare the okra. Cut off the top and bottom of the okras, and then slice them in half horizontally. Once done, transfer the okras to a large mixing bowl, and season with some salt, ground black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin powder. Drizzle with olive oil and mix together well, making sure all the okras are coated with the seasonings.

Step 2

Next, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then transfer the okras. Spread them in a single layer, cut side up. Once done, place them in a 450 degrees F oven and bake them for fifteen minutes. After baking, transfer the okras to a serving plate and serve with some lemon slices. Enjoy!
