Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside. Next, chop 3 cups worth of cooked chicken into smaller pieces, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl. To that, add 16 oz sour cream and 1 can unsalted cream of chicken soup. Mix it up a little bit then continue adding the rest of the ingredients: 1 package of ranch dressing mix, 1 cup of chopped cooked bacon, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined.

Lastly, fold in 1 bag of frozen tater tots. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Once done, place the casserole dish in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake it for 45 minutes or until the top is nice and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
