Garlic is one of the most used spices or herbs all around the world. People add them to different recipes as they bring depth to the flavor. Raw garlic has a strong, spicy taste, making it a great ingredient for dipping sauces and marinades. Cooked garlic, on the other hand, has a nutty and sweet taste. - jar or any container with a lid
How to Peel a Garlic Quickly and Easily
Step 1:
Place a bulb of garlic inside the jar. Place the lid and close it tightly.
Step 2:
Hold the jar or container firmly then give it a good shake. You should see the bulb starting to break up. You can open it and remove the outer skin.
Step 3:
Keep shaking until the cloves come out of their skin. Remove the skin and give the cloves a quick rinse. If you are not going to use them right away, you can store them in a food bag and place them in the freezer or you can place them in a clean jar and fill them with olive oil.
