Crush the Oreo cookies in a ziplock and transfer them to a bowl. Add 1/2 cup melted salted butter, mix it well, then transfer it to the bottom of the casserole dish. Push them down, spread them evenly, and chill until firm. Next, crush the mini butterfingers in a ziplock as well and set it aside. To a bowl, add 1 block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. Whisk well, then add the crushed mini butterfingers and half of the whipped topping. Fold and combine.

Layer the Butterfinger mixture on top of the Oreo crust, then chill while you make the next layer. To a bowl, add 3 cups of cold milk and two boxes of instant chocolate pudding. Whisk until well combined. Pour and spread it evenly across the Butterfinger layer, then the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle some crushed Butterfinger across the top, then chill the dessert for one to two hours. Once chilled enough, serve and enjoy!
