Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 stick of salted melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of self-rising flour, 2 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar, and 1 1/4 cups buttermilk. Mix all together until moist dough forms, then mix in 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Next, pour 1 stick of salted melted butter into an 8 x 8 baking dish, then transfer the moist dough mixture. Spread it out nicely and evenly.
