Preheat the oven to 350F, then line a 9 by 9 metal pan with parchment paper. Get half of the graham crackers and place them on the bottom of the pan.
Pour the melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk the butter by hand while adding the sugar for 30 seconds. Next, add the eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk for another minute. After that, whisk in melted chocolate until smooth.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt using a rubber spatula.
Pour the mixture over the graham crackers into the prepared pan. Smooth it out using the silicone spatula.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes until brownies are cooked through. While it’s baking, crush the remaining graham crackers and chocolate bars into small pieces.
Remove the bronies from the oven and sprinkle crackers, chocolate bar pieces, and marshmallows on top.
Place the pan back in the oven approximately 8 inches under the broiler element. Broil until the marshmallows are browned for about 2 minutes. Make sure to watch closely.
