I made it for my sister’s birthday party, and it was gone in just a few minutes. A lot of guests even asked me for the recipe. It has a combination of cookie, hazelnut, and chocolate flavors, and we all loved it. It is best served with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream on top. Add softened butter and light brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix them together using a spatula until smooth.
Add 1 large room temperature egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in the flour and baking soda to form a dough.
Add the chocolate chips and fold until well incorporated.
Line an 8″ cake tin with parchment paper. Set aside 1/3 of the dough and add form the remaining into a large ball. Place on the prepared cake tin and press until the bottom is fully covered and the sides are halfway covered.
Add the Nutella and spread evenly. Cover the top with Kinder Bueno stick.
Spread hazelnut cream spread, covering all the Bueno sticks.
Flatten the remaining cookie dough and place on top of the caramel spread. Seal the edges and smoothen out. Top with more chocolate chips if preferred.
Bake inside the oven for about 25 minutes at 356F. Once done, take it out and let it cool completely in the tin.
