While browsing Youtube, I found this Nutella chocolate muffin recipe from Emojoie. They look so good that I immediately tried making them. I know they will taste good because it’s Nutella, but I love how soft and fluffy these muffins are! They are literally the best muffins I’ve tasted, and it quickly becomes my favorite. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (100 g) melted butter
  • 1 cup (150 g) flour
  • 4 tbsp (30 g) cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp (7 g) baking powder
  • 4 cups (100 g) dark chocolate
  • 6 tsp Nutella

Directions:

Step 1

Add 1/2 cup sugar and two cracked eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk well. Next, add 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter. Continue whisking then set aside. In another mixing bowl, sift 1 cup of flour, 4 tbsp cocoa powder, and 3/4 tsp baking soda, then add it to the wet mixture. Mix well until there are no lumps.

Step 2

Roughly chop your dark chocolate and mix it into the batter. Once fully combined, divide the batter into a six cups muffin tray equally. After this, add 1 tsp of Nutella on each top of the muffins, then sprinkle some more chopped dark chocolate. Place them in the oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool down a bit before serving.
