Meatloaf is one of my favorite dishes that I love cooking at home. Last night, I tried Mr. Make It Happen‘s version, and it’s for sure the best homemade meatloaf recipe! It was so juicy and the glaze is amazing. My family finished it in just a few minutes. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Add some vegetable oil to a pan and the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the onions become translucent. After 1 minute, add the garlic paste and all-purpose seasoning. Once done, place it in the refrigerator and let it cool off.
Get a big bowl and add ground beef and pork. Mix them using your hands, then add the chilled vegetables, one pack of Boursin, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
Add smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, all-purpose seasoning, chopped parsley, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Keep working on the meat mixture until well combined. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form it into a meatloaf. You can also use a meatloaf pan—season with more salt and pepper on the outside.
Transfer the meatloaf to a wire and preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place inside the oven and cook for 45 minutes or until the meat gets 165 degrees internal temperature.
In a pan over medium heat, combine barbecue sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk until combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning based on your preference. Add the tomato paste and whisk again. Next, add a quarter cup of brown sugar and mix one last time. Heat until nicely warm.
Pour the sauce into the meatloaf during the final 20 to 30 minutes. Spread the sauce evenly. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
