Sweet Chili Chicken Wings Ingredients
- 2.2 lb of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 to 3 pinches of salt
- 2/3 tablespoon of baking powder
For the dressing:
- 2.7 oz of sweet chili sauce
For garnish:
- little green onion or parsley

How to Make Sweet Chili Wings
Step 1:
Place a paper towel on a flat surface and lay out the wings. Place another paper towel on top and remove all excess moisture. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2:
In a different bowl, add 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, 2/3 tablespoon of baking powder, and 2 to 3 pinches of salt. Mix well.
Step 3:
Add half of the seasonings and coat the chicken. Add the rest of the seasonings and mix well. Place them on a rack and line a baking tray with metal foil.
Step 4:
Place at the bottom oven shelf and bake at 428F for about 20 minutes.
Step 5:
After 20 minutes, flip the chicken wings and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Turn them over again and bake for 15 minutes more.
Step 6:
Place the baked chicken in a bowl and pour the sweet chili sauce. Toss to coat. Transfer to a plate and garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy.
