Preparing this recipe takes only a few minutes. Just cut the chicken into small pieces, coat them with the seasonings, thread them into the skewers, and they are ready to cook. While they are in the air fryer, make the sauce so you can brush them immediately once they are done cooking.

For the sauce:
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces. Place in a bowl. Add lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, lemon and herb seasoning, oregano, and oil. Mix until everything is well seasoned.
Thread the marinated chicken skewers on metal skewers.
Place them in the air fryer and cook at 400F for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce in a bowl by mixing mayo, sriracha, mustard, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, chopped fresh parsley, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Once the chicken skewers are done cooking, remove them from the air fryer and place them on the serving plate. Brush the sauce while hot. Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
