Step Three

Chop up your carrots and potatoes and then add them into the mixture with the ground beef.

Step Four

Once your meat pie picture is cooked well, add in your flour to help hold the mixture together.

Step Five

Open your can of biscuits and put some flour on your work surface and rolling pin to keep the biscuits from sticking. Roll out your biscuits into flat circles, then put some meat filling into the center. Next, fold the biscuit in half, and using a fork, seal around the edges of the biscuit. Poke a few holes on the top to allow the pies to vent.
