I just love lava cake, but I have always made it in a very traditional way, which is so delicious. When I found this awesome lava cake that is made in the air fryer by Fabulessly Frugal, on YouTube, I had to try it. I am always on the lookout for a new recipe for my air fryer, I was so excited. For many of my air fryer recipes, I have to pre-heat the air fryer, but this recipe can be popped in the air fryer with no pre-heating at all. You will just set the air fryer to 400°F and cook these delicious lava cakes for 8 to 10 minutes. Literally, with the minimal preparation time this recipe requires and the added cooking time, you can be eating this delicious recipe in about 20 minutes or so.

Ingredients For The Air Fryer Lava Cake:

  • 8-ounces of Ghirardelli (or any chocolate you love the most)
  • 10 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  •  1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
