  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 3/4 cup of BBQ or hot sauce

How to Make Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Step 1:

Cut the cauliflower into 1 1/2″ florets.
