I recently made a patchwork owl and it turned out so cute. I loved it so much, that I  went looking for another stuffed animal idea, and I found this DIY patchwork dog video tutorial by Pay It Forward, on YouTube, and I loved it more than the owl I made. This lovely patchwork doggie also comes with a free pattern download that is so easy to follow. This is a perfect scrap buster, I am going to make my patchwork dog from velvet scraps, that I found on junk clothing that I got at the thrift store. The doggie will be so cute in velvet, it reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit book.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
