I love anything Cracker Barrel and I also love meatloaf, so when I found this recipe on Youtube describing exactly how to make a Copycat Cracker Barrel Meatloaf, I went wild and couldn’t wait to make it. I started by preheating the oven to 375 degrees, then I mixed all the ingredients for the meatloaf into a bowl.
Then I shaped the meat mixture into a loaf shape and placed it on a foil-lined pan.
While it was cooking I made my Meatloaf Sauce Topping out of Ketchup, Brown Sugar, and Mustard.

Then I took the meatloaf out of the oven and poured the sauce over it and cooked it for another 30 minutes.
This recipe is so delicious, I can’t tell you how much my family loved it!

Mix above ingredients well Preheat oven 350 degrees F In a large bowl mix the eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, bell pepper, cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Add ground beef and mix well just to combine – don’t over mix. Place meatloaf on foil or parchment paper-lined baking sheet/pan. Form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread and brush on the topping. Bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until the center is 160 degrees F. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy.
