When I turned 50 I started noticing this extra skin hanging under my arms and I was horrified! I wouldn’t even wear sleeveless shirts for this reason. I’m a relatively slim woman and didn’t know what had happened to my arms! I immediately got some 8 lb weights and started lifting them religiously. I started noticing a big difference in how toned my arms looked, but I still had the extra skin…not as much, but it was still there.
