Potato can be delicious if you just fry it and then season it with whatever spices you like, but if you want to opt out of using or incorporating a lot of oil into your food, then baking it would be a great alternative. This recipe by Easy & Delicious Recipes on YouTube is so simple and it looks so good that I bet your guests won’t stop eating it.
Step 1
Peel off the skin of the potatoes, then rinse them well, and drain off all the excess water. Pat them dry with paper towels, then transfer them to a large bowl, and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the vegetable oil, then add in any spices that you like, and toss them until well-coated.
Step 2
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs, then give them a good mix until well combined, and set the mixture aside. Crumple a piece of parchment paper, then line a deep baking pan with it, and transfer the potatoes spreading them evenly. Put a garlic head in one corner, then place the baking pan on a preheated oven at 350°F, and let the potatoes bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Gently peel the roasted garlic, then transfer them to a plate or mixing bowl, and add in the chopped dill and softened butter. Mash them together until completely combined, then brush the garlic butter mixture over the freshly baked potatoes, and give them a good toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
