Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Step 1
In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley, lemon juice, and white wine, then stir everything until incorporated, and set the mixture aside.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, add the garlic, oil, and crushed red pepper flakes, then stir them until well combined, and set the mixture aside.
Step 3
Prepare the artichoke hearts, then pour some garlic oil into a baking dish spreading it evenly, and place the artichoke hearts in a single layer as shown in the video.
Step 4
Pour the remaining garlic oil over the artichoke layer, then add the seasoned breadcrumbs on top until nicely covered, and place it in an oven preheated at 375°F. Allow it to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
