Here’s another recipe by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube that’s an oldie but a goodie! It’s a recipe that’s been passed down to generations which guarantees that the dish will come out delicious and perfect every time.

It’s a great dish that you can make for dinner and share with the entire family, plus, you can customize it and use any ingredients that you have in your kitchen or refrigerator, leftover works, too! Check out the video tutorial below to see for yourself.
Step 1
In a Ziploc bag, add the flour, salt, and pepper, then give them a good shake until well coated, and set them aside. Place a large skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the olive oil, and heat it before adding the coated beef.
Step 2
Sear the meat on both sides, then turn off the heat, and transfer the cooked meat to the bottom of a crockpot. Add in the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion, then add the minced garlic, and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add the peas, beef broth, tomato sauce, and bay leaf, then give them a good mix to combine, and cover the crockpot with the lid. Allow it to cook on a low setting for about 10 to 12 hours or on a high setting for 6 to 7 hours, then taste and adjust the seasonings if needed, and discard the bay leaf. Serve and enjoy!
