To make these glazed donut holes, you only need Greek yogurt, self-raising flour, icing sugar, and milk. The Greek yogurt and self-rising flour are for the dough, and the icing sugar and milk are for the glaze. If you don’t have self-raising flour, you can use all-purpose flour. Just add salt and baking powder. I highly recommend this donut holes recipe.

Note: if you don’t have self-raising flour, just add a teaspoon of baking powder
In a large bowl, add 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt and 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of self-raising flour. Mix until a dough forms.
Flour your surface and place your dough. Flatten it into a disc. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Roll each piece into a ball. Place them on a cookie sheet or lined baking tray. Make sure they are spaced evenly.
Bake in the oven at 374F or 338F with the fan on for about 7 to 8 minutes until they are light brown. Make sure not to overbake them, otherwise they will become chewy.
In a bowl, add the icing sugar and milk. Stir until smooth.
Dip each donut hole into the glaze to coat, then place on a wire rack to let the excess glaze drip.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
