Step 1

Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces, then drizzle it with some oil, and massage them in until nicely coated. In a small mixing bowl, add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes, then mix them until uniform, and sprinkle them over the salmon pieces.

Step 2

Mix them until well coated, then place a nonstick pan on a stove over medium-high heat, add some olive oil, and heat it until very hot. Add the salmon in batches and let them cook for about 3.5 to 4 minutes per side, then make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn, and transfer them to a plate.

Step 3

In the same pan, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sweet chili sauce while stirring consistently, lower the heat if needed to make sure the sauce does not burn. Once the sauce has thickened, put the cooked salmon back into the pan, then baste the salmon with the sauce, and garnish it with green onion. Serve and enjoy!
