This dish is guaranteed a crowd-pleaser and you won’t regret cooking this for weeknight mealtime. You can also modify the ingredients according to your preference and if you want to save more money, you can throw in any leftovers in your fridge to the pot, and make this dish as meaty, cheesy, or spicy as you like!

Ingredients for One-Pot Goulash:

  • 2 pounds of lean ground beef
  • onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
  • green bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 tsp of Slap Ya Mama
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 32 oz of beef broth
  • (10.5 oz) can of Rotel
  • (6 oz) can of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • (15 oz) cans of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups of elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make One-Pot Goulash:

Step 1

Place a large saucepan or Dutch oven on a stove over medium heat, add the ground beef, onions, bell pepper, and jalapeños, then season them with Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes, and give them a good mix.

Step 2

Let them cook for a few minutes until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender, then make sure to remove the excess grease, and pour in the beef broth followed by the Rotel, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.

Step 3

Stir everything until well combined, then bring the mixture to a boil, and add the corn. Continue to stir, then add the uncooked macaroni, keep stirring them to combine, and cook them until the pasta is tender. Add the shredded cheese, then give them a good mix until well combined, and serve. Enjoy!
