Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and set them aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and baking soda, then whisk them to combine, and set them aside.
Step 2
Add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a separate large mixing bowl, then beat them until light and fluffy, and add the instant banana pudding mix.
Step 3
Continue to beat them until well combined, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, and keep mixing until smooth and combined.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, then stir them until dough forms, add the white chocolate chips, and fold them until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheets, and make sure to space them evenly at least 1 inch apart.
Step 6
Place them in the preheated oven, then let them bake for about 8 to 9 minutes or until set, then remove them from the baking sheet, and transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
