To make this creamy lemon butter chicken, you need chicken thighs, kosher salt, lemon pepper, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, thyme leaves, and baby spinach. It’s easy to make and comes together easily. Serve it with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, bread, or orzo for a complete meal.

Place the chicken in a bowl and season with kosher salt and lemon pepper.
Place a pan over heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the seasoned chicken and cook until crispy and golden brown on all sides. No need to cook it all the way through as you’ll be baking them. Transfer to a plate.
