Step 1
Put the cookies in a food processor, then add the melted butter, and pulse them until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, then spread it evenly, and press it down firmly.
Step 2
Place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 20 to 30 minutes, then in a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, and set it aside. In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add the milk and sugar, and keep mixing until well combined.
Step 3
Fold in the 1¼ cups of the whipped topping until incorporated, then transfer this mixture over the chilled cookie crust spreading it evenly, and then put it back in the refrigerator to chill.
Step 4
In a medium-sized bowl, add the chocolate instant pudding and cold milk, then whisk them for a couple of minutes, and transfer it to a saucepan. Let it cook until it starts to thicken, then allow it to cool completely, and spread it over the cream layer evenly.
Step 5
Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the chocolate layer, then sprinkle the mini chocolates all over the top, and put it back in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 to 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
