Did you know you can make croissants using rice paper? This viral rice paper croissant has been showing in my feed for quite some time now. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a real croissant. It was so amazing to learn that it had the same honeycomb shape when cut in half.

This rice paper croissant by Inga Lam only requires eggs, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, and rice paper. It only takes a couple of minutes to prepare one, unlike a real croissant, which takes hours of preparation. If you are wondering what it tastes like, it’s like eating a mochi or rice cake, according to Inga. It is incredibly crispy on the outside, with a chewy texture inside.
