In a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, and rolled oats. Mix until well combined.
In a different bowl, add softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until it turns light and fluffy. Whisk in egg and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, followed by raisins and walnuts. mix until well combined.
Get a scoop of the dough and roll it into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly press flat with a spatula. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Make sure to leave spaces between each cookie.
